Then you might be our new trainee (m/f/d). To support our team in Berlin-Großbeeren in facade planning and facade design, we offer an apprentice position for technical system planners with a focus on steel and metal construction technology starting September 2025.

No matter what kind of project it is, whether small and complex or mega-large, renovation or new construction, finding or rather inventing the right and best facade solution, that’s what drives us out of bed every morning.

We train on demand. By signing a training contract with us, you have a very good chance to get a permanent appointment after your training is done. Our instuctor will assist you with regular feedback discussions.

During your apprentice, you will learn and complete the following duties:
- Responsible and varied tasks in a growing company
- Creation of sketches and drafts
- Creation of technical drawings with CAD systems
- Design and construction of 2D and 3D visualization (façade construction)
- Assembly and production drawings for metal and steel structures
- Performing specific calculations
- Digital representation of building details

We are looking for you if you…
- have a completed school education
- are open to new things and the courage to make mistakes
- are motivated and commited to teamwork
- have technical and mathematical interest and understanding
- have a spatial sense
- bring good IT knowledge and experience with MS Office programs
- have good knowledge of German (fluent in spoken and written), knowledge of English is an advantage
