Reusable elastic textured formliners for architectural concrete

Front elevation
Concrete element structured with a formliner from the RECKLI UNIQUE series. The model of this formliner was created with the help of a new technology, which allows a structure depth of max. 1.5 mm for thin-walled concrete elements.

Material
The RECKLI UNIQUE formliner is made of Reckli’s polyurethane elastomer specially developed for the concrete industry. Dimensions and depth of the structural matrix are not specified for this series.

• Concrete element structured with the formliner 2/241 Hawaii from the RECKLI SELECT series with a shallow curtain-like structure. With only the slight appearance of a curtain, this structure appears light and fresh yet lends the façade a modern touch.
• False joint, be created with the help of a wooden or plastic strip

Material
RECKLI SELECT formliner 2/241 Hawaii. The formliner is made of our own polyurethane elastomer specially developed for the concrete industry. The maximum dimension is 7400 × 400 mm; it can be used up to 100 times.

Characteristics
RECKLI UNIQUE is a series for individual formliner – there are no limits to the creativity of the architect/ planner. Thanks to a new technology, the matrices for thin-walled elements can now be produced faster and more economically. The formliner can be used in the in-situ concrete and precast plant
RECKLI SELECT, a collection of approx. 250 concrete structures – from natural to abstract. Depending on the series, the formliner can be reused 10 to 100 times. The formliner can be used in the in-situ concrete and precast plant.
